Do you want to work on spreading the message about public health and the joy of running? We are looking for someone who can work with communication and marketing in a temporary position until 2020 from March 2 (by appointment).

The Oslo Marathon is one of Norway's largest exercise races with over 20,000 participants each year. The race is held in central Oslo in September. Oslo Maraton AS stands for the values of community, joy and mastery. Oslo Maraton AS is owned by Sportsklubben Vidar.

Area of responsibility

Internal and external communication
Prepare goals, strategies and action plan for internal and external communication

Tasks

 Prepare annual wheels for communication
 Write and update content for social media, newsletters and website
 Produce relevant press releases throughout the year
 Responsible for leading customer service
 Project manager Children's Marathon, plowing etc
 Manage partners and carry out marketing activities
 The position can be shaped on the basis of the candidate's knowledge and experience
 Media presentation
 Work closely in teams with the other employees

Qualifications and experience

 Preferably relevant education in marketing and communication. Relevant
experience can compensate for education.
 Experience in preparing text and content
 Good skills in Excel
 Benefit from experience with the Mailchimp and WordPress programs
 Knowledge and experience from having worked with communication and / or events is one
advantage.
