Are you ready to kick start your training for the DNB Oslo Marathon, and warm up to feel the adrenaline pumping as you run through the streets of Oslo in September? 

We are so excited to present our completely awesome training programs for both 10KM, half marathon and marathon – made for you!

What do you get?

For only 290 NOK, you get access to a 16-week adaptive training program tailored to you and your goals, whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner. We have the program to help you reach your goals for your distance. 

 

Upon purchase, you will receive the training program by email. The program starts on May 25, 2026, and will take you through 16 weeks where we will help you get to the starting line! Prior to May 25, you will receive more information by email regarding the test run and the app you must have if you want to participate in the live sessions. 

 

LIVE sessions with Tim Bennett

Included in the price, you also get the opportunity to participate in digital LIVE sessions with Tim Bennet once a week. He guides you through various interval sessions by ear. They are completely optional to participate in, and the sessions are available afterwards if you are unable to participate live.

There have been some changes from last year's training program. If you purchased that program, you'll find that most of it is recognizable, but we've made a few adjustments to optimize your training and give you even better results.
