December 25 - 31, we arrange the Romjulsløpet, a virtual race which means that you can run exactly where you want. Each participant in the Romjulsløpet participates and contributes to the Church's City Mission and their Christmas campaign; Rejoice one who dreads Christmas. Each registration provides one hot meal to one who needs it. You can participate in six different distances, and we have distances for both large and small. Read more about the different distances here .

Do you want an extra challenge, or more good reasons to get out and move a little in between all the Christmas fun?

Join one of our Romjulschallenges! We have put together packages that consist of two or three distances, and it works as follows:

  • The distances are run separately (you should not run them continuously)
  • You upload a time for each distance, and are included in the result lists for each distance
  • Your times will also be added together and you will compete for the best total time on all distances combined

If you sign up for a challenge, you sign up for several distances, and you give one hot meal per distance you are registered to someone who needs it! What is better motivation than that?

This package is for Wheelchair Racers, and is composed of our two racing distances, 3 and 10 kilometers. In total, it will be 13 kilometers.

This package consists of two distances of a total of 13 kilometers, and is composed of the distances 3 km and 10 km.

The total for this challenge is 34.1 kilometers, where you complete the 3K, 10K and Half Marathon (21.1K).

This package consists of a total of 73.3 kilometers, and is composed of the distances 10 km, Half Marathon (21.1 km) and Marathon (42.2 km).

Bronze Challenge Racing: 250 kroner
Bronze Challenge: 250 kroner
Silver Challenge: 350 kroner
Gold Challenge: 350 kroner

How do you sign up?

To join a challenge, sign up as usual through our registration page. Select the challenge you want to participate in and complete the registration.

You can also buy real medals at the challenge by registering or on "My Page". As registered for a challenge, you then buy a package of medals for the distances in your challenge. For example, if you sign up for the Bronze Challenge and buy a medal, you will receive a medal for the Christmas Tree (3 km) and Gingerbread Mile (10 km).

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive confirmation of your email. Then you will receive a confirmation for each of the distances you are registered in addition to a confirmation for the challenge. This may be a little confusing, but it is necessary for you and us to be able to register all your results both on the different distances and the challenge itself. You will not have to log in to four different "my page", you can easily navigate between all the pages after you have logged in to one of them. Closer to the event, you will receive an email that explains to you easily step-by-step how to participate in your challenge.

Are you up for the challenge?
