Join our training camp- The Oslo Marathon week
From the 20th-28th of March you can join our training camp in Portugal. The Oslo Marathon week suits everyone who loves to run, either signing up for their first run this fall and need some good advice, or the ones who will try to set a new PR! This week is filled with running sessions and tips for everyone.

Strength training for runners
Doing strength training is important to reduce the risk of injuries that comes from running. Check out some videoes here and here that will give you some good excersises you should add to your training program.
