SK Vidar (the organizing club of the Oslo Marathon) turns 100 years old this year! In this connection, the club will arrange several anniversary events this year. Sunday the 13th of October is the National Championships in cross-country running in Frognerparken. We can tempt with some of Norway's biggest running stars, and even some cross - country stars also appear, such as Astrid U. Jacobsen and Therese Johaug.
Course description:
Start and finish are located at Hundejorde in Frognerparken. The trail goes west past Skøyen school and further through Skøyenparken. Then the trail turns back towards Frognerparken where you pass the Monolith before running into the finish on Hunjordet. This round is 2 km long.
Surface: Gravel and grass.
JUBILEE RACE - open to everyone!
At the end of the day, we invite everyone who wants to try out the trail to their own JUBILEE RACE! The race will be one round of the course (2 km) and will be open to everyone from 10 years. Test the trail that Norway's great running comet has run the same day!
