The trails are ready!

The trails for this year's event are ready, so now you can put on your running shoes and test your distance! 🙂

Please note that all of the trail maps are subject to change due to traffic and safety reasons!

Marathon and Half Marathon

The trail for the marathon (2 laps) and half marathon is about the same as in 2014. The trail is not completely flat, with the long gentle hill up to the Botanical Garden as the worst bend. Up that hill, it is important to be a little patient, especially for the marathon runners who are going up it twice. The reward comes a few minutes later down a nice descent back in the direction of Bjørvika. What is of changes from 2014 comes in the Bjørvika / Sørenga area, much due to the construction activity that takes place there.

«10 for Grete»
This trail is new this year, and actually quite easy to run. About 1 km of the route is completely NEW, the rest goes on the same course as the marathon and half marathon.

«3 for all»

The distance of 3 km is a flat and easy-to-run trail along Akershusstranda. That trail is suitable for all levels, and can also be recommended for younger runners!

Trail maps for Racing Wheelchairs will be posted closer to the event
