Book race analysis with Dr. Dropin
Dr. Dropin offers race analysis with visual tools and individual advice to help you get the most out of each step. The running analysis is adapted to all levels, and among other things helps you to optimize your running technique and run more economically, prevent injuries and help you with training after any injuries.

How does a running analysis work?
Preparation
Bring sneakers and training clothes. You can do a warm up before you arrive or warm up in their gym before your apointment.
Running on a treadmill
You run on a treadmill where you are filmed from different angles. The entire movement chain is assessed by a physiotherapist with special expertise in running. The physiotherapist looks at, among other things, stride frequency, stride length, center of gravity and upper body position.
Guidance and advice
Together you will find focus areas to help you improve and optimize your running technique. You get individually tailored guidance based on your biomechanics, foot position, training habits and technique. The physiotherapist will also review useful strength exercises based on the results of your running analysis.
Follow-up
You will receive a summary of how to optimize your technique with running training, as well as some exercises that are specific for running. If desired and needed, it is possible to do a re-test to follow up development and progression.
