How does the running calculator work?
DNB Oslo Marathon knows running, Aider knows numbers. Together we have developed a running calculator that helps you run the best possible race!
The running calculator not only calculates the correct speed, but also estimates how much fluid and carbohydrates you should consume. Select the distance and time, and the calculator will give you the numbers.

The calculator is developed by our partner Aider, a competence center that combines technology, accounting, finance and consulting to help businesses succeed. Read more about Aider here .
