Jula Norge AS has 100 registered for the Oslo Marathon every year!

Signing up as a team or a company can create good motivation to train all year round, and Jula Norge AS is one of the companies that keeps (h) Christmas going all year round to motivate its employees to this year's big training goal, Oslo Marathon !

- At Christmas, we are concerned with unity and community. The Oslo Marathon is a perfect opportunity for us to be able to do something together and to cheer on each other. For us, it is important that all our employees should be able to participate, it should be a social event for everyone, says Natalie Bratt, HR Business Partner at Jula Norway.

Jula Norge competes in both the men's and women's strengths during the BMW Oslo Marathon.

-For us, the Oslo Marathon is more than just a race, it is a social event where we meet colleagues from all over the country. We actively market the Oslo Marathon to our employees throughout the year, with a focus on both the social, health benefits and being able to train together towards a common goal. We also arrange a joint dinner for our employees after the race to celebrate a well-conducted race. We experience that our employees talk a lot about the Oslo Marathon and that they look forward to the event.

Christmas uses to be around 100 registered for the Oslo Marathon every year, and at most they have been around 130-140 registered.

-We are very proud that we have employees from all over Norway who come to run the Oslo Marathon!

Christmas Norway stays active all year round, with joint running training you can participate in. Every department store has its own health budget that goes to health-promoting measures and in their employee newspaper a lot is written about the Oslo Marathon.

The Oslo Marathon has created a lot of unity and training joy within Christmas.

At the same time, some department stores create internal competitions between themselves, both in terms of training, maturities and number of participants.

-For us, it is important to include our leaders, they lead by example as something that motivates employees to participate And several of our employees have the goal of beating the time of their leader :)

For Christmas, the Oslo Marathon contributes to building unity within the company.

-You train towards a shared experience that is health-promoting, and you also have all the social things around! The feeling of mastery and the atmosphere on the trail! You are incredibly inspired by running the Oslo Marathon!
