after the BMW Oslo Marathon. When exercising, you should drink about 2 dl of water every 20 minutes. Proper fluid balance will too
help reduce lactic acid production in the muscles so you can perform even more during exercise.
A fluid loss of 5% of your body weight can reduce your performance by half. The body
withstands more load with the right fluid balance through proper water consumption.

Cold water is best for you as a trainer. The reason for this is that cold drinks are absorbed faster from
stomach, and helps to lower body temperature.

If you exercise for over an hour, you may want to refill with more than just clean water to
