Paraclasses

What is parasports?

In 2010, the Oslo Marathon created separate classes for people with disabilities, with separate classes for women and men. It was created from the initiative of the blind and partially sighted in Team RP.

A regular feature within the para-classes ever since they were introduced in 2010 is the collaboration between the blind and partially sighted from Team RP and Active Against Cancers team. Every year, Team RP has invited between 30 and 50 sports and cultural personalities to join the race as guides, where the participants and their guide run together to front Active Against Cancer.
