Next Saturday it is ready for running groups with Team SVETT! Active against cancer ambassador and former cross-country skier, Bente Skari joins the running groups as a guest instructor! With great running weather as well, this will be a perfect start to the weekend! After the running groups, coffee and energy drinks from Maxim will be distributed.

Agenda June
The plan for June is to continue to develop speed and strength. We continue to use uphills, at the same time as there are longer intervals.
Saturday, June 11th
Ground intervals: run 1 x 10 x 45 sec - 1 x 10 x 30 sec (30 sec slow walk) 2-3 min break between each series.
Heating
Joint warm-up on the lawn below the boom with run-specific warm-up exercises. Then we divide into 3 groups by level: sweat (level 1), sweaters (level 2), sweat test (level 3). Each group warms up further with +/- 10 min light jog, before starting on the main part and rounding off with a short strength part for the core muscles with subsequent stretching exercises.
Instructors
The running groups are carried out by professional trainers from SATS ELIXIA.
Team Sweat is level 1, for you who want to get started with training, train moderately or want a calm training session. Running speed approx. 07: 00-08: 00 min per km.
Team Sweaters is level 2, for you who train regularly. If you are looking for new challenges and tips in training, this is for you. Running speed 5: 30-7: 00 min per km.
