REMA 1000 + OSLO MARATHON = TRUE!

The Oslo Marathon is Norway's largest street race, and one of the world's oldest capital city marathons. In 1981, the Oslo Marathon was held for the first time in the streets of Oslo. This year's event marks 40 years since its humble beginnings.

REMA 1000 + OSLO MARATHON = TRUE!

Now REMA 1000 and the Oslo Marathon join forces to focus on health, physical activity and running pleasure.

"The Oslo Marathon is one of the country's most traditional races that puts the importance of physical activity on the agenda. We at Rema 1000 are concerned with a healthy diet and nutrition, joining forces with the Oslo Marathon will give us the opportunity to face the healthy lifestyle and the importance of the interaction between physical activity and raising awareness of good nutrition ", says Vidar Riseth, sponsor manager in Rema 1000.

The agreement initially extends for the next 4 years. Now they want to make each other even better.

"We are incredibly pleased to have REMA 1000 on the team. Here we secure the opportunity for a long-term agreement with one of the country's largest brands. Everyone has a relationship with Rema 1000 with stores all over the country. This will give us unique opportunities to reach out with our common goal of getting even more off the couch and into physical activity. The healthy lifestyle is the key word ", says Edwin Ingebrigtsen in the Oslo Marathon.

Rema 1000 will also be at the forefront of the Children's Marathon, and help lift the event for the very youngest.
